Life Coaching
Supporting you
on your path

About Me
I have been supporting individuals and families for more than 20 years in various capacities: as a community-based social worker, executive function coach, crisis worker, academic tutor, college and high school basketball coach, and now as a men's life coach. I am committed to meeting my clients where they're at, establishing meaningful connection, and trusting and fostering their capacity for growth. I am passionate about helping people identify what is truly keeping them stuck and what gives their lives meaning so that they can find their own sustainable path toward a life they can feel proud to be living.

Individual Coaching
Individuals come to see me for many reasons, but common among them is that the men I work with are, in some capacity, not where they want to be in their lives. Through in-person sessions, text and phone check-ins and support with family and other community providers, we will work together to bridge the gap between where you are and where you dream of being.
Community Coaching
Community coaching programs consist of both group volunteer projects and outdoor adventures. The goals of community coaching include: making meaningful connections with peers, giving back to our communities to cultivate meaning and belonging, and accepting challenges beyond our comfort zones.

Collaboration & Advocacy
Life is full of complex systems. Whether your goals are educational, vocational, relational, or better overall mental and physical health, I often work closely with my client's existing providers, and help them to identify new supports. I can be available to attend appointments and meetings, and to explore new opportunities. Additionally, many of my referrals come from concerned family members, and my work often encompasses coaching with the parents/caregivers of my young adult clients.
